Porta Coeli Update #6

Current Project Update #6:

Porta Coeli, Catholic Charities Housing Development Corp’s latest senior housing structure is taking shape.  We have begun the layout for the track and stud installation and have begun the corridor and apartment framing. We have installed the HVAC duct work and the VAV (variable-air=volume) boxes.  And we have started the installation of the drains & vents and running the galvanized water piping.  Also, the building’s transformer has been set and we are running the conduit feds to the various spaces.
