Joseph J. Duffy announces new project- Monclare Senior Residence

Joseph J. Duffy Co., is the general contractor for the new Montclare Senior Residence SLF of Lawndale in Chicago, IL. The five (5) story masonry bearing precast superstructure contains 101 one bedroom and 19 two bedroom Supportive Living Units for a total of 120 units. All the units consist of a living room, kitchen and full bath. The residences are to be served three meals daily in main dining room. The Montclare Senior Residence includes exterior courtyards, lighted walking paths, seating, gazebo, activity rooms, wellness center, beauty shops, etc. Construction phase includes development 2.5 acre site & public right away improvements, followed by the construction of the apartments. Montclare Senior Residences SLF of Lawndale, LLC are the client and Worn Jerabek Wiltse Architects, P.C. are the architect.
